Setting Goals

As with anything in life that’s worthwhile, it’s best to set goals to achieve the health and wellness results we’re seeking. Anyone who does anything worthwhile has either consciously or even unknowingly followed through on a goal. Setting goals is the first step to turning your dreams, wishes, and ideas into a solid reality! You can use the lifestyle planner to track your progress simply by entering what you ate and drank; what sports, activities, and exercises you completed; and how you felt during the day. Compare this to your goals to see your progress, whether it be over short or long periods of time. Tracking progress is one of the best ways to stay motivated, and be inspired to work even harder and set NEW goals!
